Any way to turn off ACH?

With storable payments, is there any way to disable ACH payments? We had disabled it under our old processor, but the switch to Storable turned it back on and tenants are making ACH payments online.

ACH is a headache for us, and we would really like to be able to just forget about it altogether.

Setup:  Program Defaults:  Payment Types 

Select ACH and click Don't allow this payment type.  Save.

We have that set to don't allow. I even toggled it to allow and back to don't allow just to be sure. The web payment portal still lists "Check" (ACH) and "Credit Card" as payment options, with "check" being the default.

Thanks @MamaDuke7 and @storable_support for the fast response. I will keep looking, but is it possible the web portal is ignoring that setting?

@themage, if you are using the free web template then you can disable payment methods there as well. You would access those settings by signing into CCC then selecting Website and Web Template Setup. We don't have an article on this process so if you have any questions or if you would like someone to help you troubleshoot, please call support at 919-865-0789 Option 2. -Lyndsey H.
