Late Fees not assessing

I updated my Late Fee in Company>Setup>Charges>Late Fee.  Changed from 
$10 to $20. Fee is scheduled to assess 10 days after payment due date.
The problem is that Late Fees are not assessing at all. What am I missing here?

    Think I figured it out.  Had to go into Edit Tenant Fees to change for Current tenants.

    Hey Lyndsey- the fees all appeared on the 12th. I was expecting them on the 11th.  They are scheduled for 10 days after the Payment Due Date of the 1st.

    @helenatim, did you double check that you didn't also changed the start date? I would advise you to keep an eye out for next month as the settings being changed could be the cause of the fee to appearing one day late.
