Disputed Credit Card Payments

Haven't had a credit card payment dispute in many years.  Recently had two within ten days.  On both disputes we did not find any record of the disputed charges.  Both tenants said their banks have records, we've asked for copies. We're waiting for responses to our questions sent to Sitelink. Has anyone experienced something similar?  Maybe we have been hacked!

    We haven't, but surely the charges would be in your credit card merchant list?? That is so weird! Please update after you get those records from their bank

    The only two I have ever had were because the tenant's card was reported as having fraudulent charges so they charged back the payments. Once I sent records showing that the tenant was on autopay or authorized the payment (faxed tenant notes) we received the money back.
