Is there a training regarding AVS Mismatches and how the system processes them? I would like to understand the objective and the benefit to the correction. EX: How much the company saves by performing the correction...Also, a possible step by step process to get it completed accurately. Where would we find an advanced report that allows an updated list? How often is the match list updated?

Good luck, AVS mismatches have been a huge problem for years. They probably don't bother fixing it because they get higher fees from you
