Giving credits in MY HUB

i have found where to give the credits in SiteLink my HUB but can not figure out how to save it. It is alot easier to move from one facility to another in My HUB.

Hi @kpatti - Credits are typed into the fields found on the (existing) charge rows on the Payments screen. If there are no charges already present, then it is necessary to add them using the Add/Remove buttons under Periods and then save to the account. See the image below for reference:

You would add the credit then go to the top and process a $0 cash payment to save.  Or add the credit and process the payment all at the same time.
