Transitioning Fixed Site Self Storage to a 28 Day Billing Cycle

We operate several fixed site self-storage locations as well as portable storage. It is very common in the portable storage industry to run on a 28 day billing cycle, all the big names do such as mobile mini, united rentals, etc.

For those of you who have transitioned fixed site self storage from a monthly to a 28-day billing cycle, how did you present that change to your customers?  How did that transition go, and what was the overall response you received?
