Move Out Refunds Broken with Card on File

This has happened to me several times this week. Whenever I process a refund and there is a card on file, only the last 4 of the card are filled in for the credit number during the refund process and the refund fails. Has happened everytime I have a card on file then I need to call the customer and get the complete card number to process the refund before it will go through.

This used to work fine, what happened?
