access control not registering activity

Anyone else having this issue access control not registering activity?

@LADYLIFT1 The first thing I would try is power cycling the system. To do this, just carefully unplug the the power switch (circled in red) for about 15 - 30 seconds and plug it back in. Most of the time whenever I seem to have an issue with the system power cycling it works. If that doesn't work, I'd contact tech support.
