My question is to do with MOVE OUTS & credits

MOVE OUT ~ a customer is paid up to the end of the month. They schedule a move out for mid month at the beginning of the month but 2 days later after scheduling they Move Out. They are required to give 2 weeks notice but only give 2 days. That means their credit is only the time from the Scheduled Move Out Date ( mid month) to the end of the month. How can I process this correctly?

    Move them out on the scheduled move out date and Sitelink should refund it appropriately. If they are standing in your office demanding an immediate refund, you can calculate the refund using the paid through calculator in the payments screen under Edit Charges and Payments (or tally up the daily rate) before you move them out and make adjustments as necessary.

    @gem - @themage is correct. There is also an "Insufficient Notice Fee" that you can set up in the Program Defaults Move-Out tab that will allow you to control exactly how much you keep vs refund at move-out.
