Automatically Logging Out / Logging Off

I saw the thread the other day about "Staying Logged In", but our SiteLink never logs out. If you don't manually Log Off, it will stay open all day and night.

Under "Program Defaults" there's a check for it requiring a log on when making a Move In or a Payment, etc, and I don't want that, that seems like it would be a huge PITA.

Currently, in "Employees" it shows "Time Out Minutes" is set at 15 minutes. 

How do I change it so it will automatically log you off after x minutes?

The Employee timeout should log it out, but it only seems to work if you leave Sitelink on the main screen. If you have the tenants list or a payment screen open, it will never time out.

@Expressway - @themage is correct. The idle timer works when SiteLink is sitting on the main screen.
