ACH Auto Pay- AGAIN not working

I get an error that says Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index
I am sure I had the same issue last month.  It will only process one at a time.  I am going try live update and see if that helps.

    I have been doing a Live Update and a database defrag on the 31st of each month.  Seems to tighten everything up and help Autopay run smoothly on the first.  One of my databases is 15 years of records.
    Today it took 2.5 hours to run 3 facilities of autopay and emailed receipts. That's 800 transactions in 150 minutes. Seems pretty reasonable
