Promotions or discount plans suggested by SL when quoting or seeing vacant units

Hello Guys, We need your advice about a topic we want to implement, needed when you are quoting the vacant units.

Is there any way to get; (while you are on Lead to lease looking for your vacant units), a column that shows "promotions" or "discount plans" suggested automatically by SL ? A mean, specifically to the size type you are choosing, the software would consider it based on % occupancy of the same size. Example, if you have less than 80% occupancy on this size, software will suggest you a 50% off by X months, then if you have less than 90% but more than 80% occupancy, it will suggest you 25% off and so on. 

Any insight on this search? We already know about the push rate and price optimizer, but it is not what we are looking for. We were told this is being used in other countries that already using Site Link (SL).

Hi, @benjex. You can configure your discounts to apply/appear only when occupancy is under a given percentage and/or to specific unit types. However, SiteLink Web Edition will display all eligible discounts in the Lead2Lease move-in screens, so if more than one is applicable, you'll need to choose. Our API can determine the most valuable (i.e. largest) discount for a unit type and will provide that to callers so that, websites can offer the most competitive discount available.
