Storable Access - how quickly does the gate update?

After a payment or a Move-in, how quickly does Sitelink update Access and allow entry?  I have seen it happen almost instantly, but this morning I ran a payment for a tenant 30 minutes ago and Access is still not allowing him in.  I have refreshed and rebooted Sitelink and still nothing.  And Update Gate>All Tenants doesn't do anything. There seems to be some inconsistency on this.

    It is supposed to be instant - although I have had some issues.

    I posted this on Sunday and received a call from Storable support on Monday morning. Thanks for the prompt attention! They are looking for the bug in my program that is causing the delay.
