New insurance company got billed twice for tenants

We recently switched insurance companies and they handled auto enrolling our existing tenants into insurance if they did not opt out. About a week later, we are noticing 2 months of insurance getting billed on tenants accounts. Our insurance company is saying this is Sitelinks side and Sitelink is saying it is the insurance side... lol. Has anyone had this happen to them before?

@BrianQ - Please email our support team at support@sitelink.com. This may be normal if you have custom insurance changes and it created a future insurance charge. We can look into if the tenant was charged twice in the same month or simply had a future insurance charge on the account.0
