Is anyone's invoices printing out incorrect amounts?

It seems with every new price increase given by SiteLink, more issues are coming out. I have a tenant who had a price increase in November 2022 and every invoice printed out since then shows the wrong price. The amount of the unit plus the tax DOES NOT equal the amount requested. Has anyone encountered this problem?

@donnaq - I would recommend contacting our support team to troubleshoot this one at 919-865-0789 > Option 2 or email them at support@sitelink.com. We aren't seeing any global invoicing issues on our end at this time so calling in would help us dig deeper into and figure out what's going on. -Lyndsey H
