How long do we have to wait before we can do something about tenants that have filed Bankruptcy? I have a tenant that has already went to court and their assets auctioned off. But they still have a unit with us. I have tried to email the lawyer to have the person that bid on their assets to come get the contents of the unit. What is my next course of action?
