No Gate

Our Sitelink and PTI systems have not been communicating the last few days.  I did a gate test in Sitelink and it stated there was "No Gate Enabled".

How do I fix it?

    Go to setup in sitelink-If you are still experiencing it, please call support at 919-865-0789 > Option 2.

    I had this happen recently.  PTI tech support actually found the issue and fixed it in Sitelink.

    PS: PTI tech support has improved much these days

    @scottsdalestorage - this could be a result of a few different things. The best route here would be to contact support at 919-865-0789 > Option 2.
