SMS Messages are Not Showing up in Notes

So for the last couple of weeks randomly text messages stopped showing up in the tenant notes. Today I got a call from someone that texted on Monday, I went back to find it and I didn't receive anything on Monday. This may be a silly question but is this a Sitelink issue or @SMS_Resources issue?

SiteLink does not automatically record texts from tenants into the notes. That would be done by the SMS provider writing the note using our API. It's possible that this could be a SiteLink issue but I would recommend contacting your provider first. If that doesn't come up with any solutions, please give our support team at call to troubleshoot.1
