Voided E-sign Documents preventing website use?

For some of our tenants, and for our own test account, when someone tries to log in to make a payment, the website tells them they need to sign their lease agreement and to call the office.
The problem seems to be that they have a voided E-sign document in their account, even though a newer correctly signed document supersedes it.
Has anyone else run into this and / or know of a way to fix it?
