Creating a new company letter

How do I go about adding a new letter to our company documents? We're wanting to give notice out to our customers.

    Setup > Form Setup.  You can add a new form.  But what I usually do is start with one that already has the format I need and modify it then save as a new form.

    I build mine in Word, and then copy and paste it into forms. Then mark the radio button on the top right, save as RTF.
