I have several tenants scheduled for semi annual payments. Yes, I had the semi annual box checked in advance, but the amount is only showing is for 1 month. How do I fix this?

There are several reasons why 6 months did not add. Go to payments, select the unit, click make future charges, then up tick to get the number of months needed. Once that is done then the next 6 month cycle should add correctly. If that doesn't work, please give our support team a call so they can help you troubleshoot.0

We have a tenant on quarterly billing. If they come in to pay before it is invoiced, I will have to "up tick" future charges. If the invoice has already processed, the total due for the quarter will show in balance due.0
