Evicting a tenant

Hello fellow storage operators,
We sent a written notice of eviction (as well as emailed them) They were given a time frame to be out of the unit with their belongings, what is the next step if they DO NOT remove their belongings?
Plus, they have not as of yet paid rent for the month.
We are not evicting for non-payment but for other reasons.
We are in California.
Thank you for your input.

In California, if they don't leave when you evict/send a non-renewal, then you have to do a full court eviction just like if they were a residential tenant.  DO NOT accept any payment from them.

    Thank you.
Actually they showed up yesterday with a truck and emptied the unit. They took everything too!  We weren't sure what response to expect from them but it went well. We are happy campers.

That is the perfect ending!  What a relief!
