tow or not tow

I'm in Fl I have a customer that passed away. She has no emergency contact name or number. I know after 60 days late I can send a certi letter to be towed and be done with it, but I just had a customer call saying I have to let the car go thru probate and can't have it towed since I know the person has passed away.
Anyone have this situation?
The person that called has a unit here also.

Even when a tenant passes with a unit full of stuff, WE don't deal with probate to clear it out! Our process doesn't change except if the proper paperwork is provided to us so that the family has access to the space.
You should be able to have it towed and the tow company will place their own lien and deal with the legal process. You could call the FLSSA to confirm.1 -
Thank you so much Mamaduke71
