Online Payment Portal ---Fickle

I've had quite a few complaints about the online payment portal being inoperative the last few days. Is this system wide?  I called support...didn't seem to know.

    I had someone swear she paid online 2 days ago.  There was no record of payment in her account or in Storable Payments.  And she pays online all the time, so she knows what she's doing!

    Update...StorEdge who manages my website has a bug in their system causing the issue.  They are working to repair
