Help! Online Payments Inoperable

Does anyone have a clue when this will be fixed?? Beyond frustrating. SiteLink software StorEdge website.

My typical message:

”Rodney,

I have repeatedly tried to pay online, using my laptop and my cellphone, without success. I cannot open my account. Are you having issues with the site?
Please advise.

    We haven't (as far as I know) had a problem with online payments, specifically. Are your tenants getting an error message of some sort, or is the website not letting them log in at all?

    It's an error message.  I've been told the problem is fixed, I'll give it a few days to confirm.  Tenants are quick to advise if there's an issue
