Rent Increase for 6 units

Hi,
There are 6 units that I need to raise the rents on in our facility. 
How do I go about that?

Company>Modify Units then check the unit you need to change and "edit selections" (you can do them all at once if they are the same size)  Or if you have map, double click on the unit and "modify unit". 
If you are needing to raise the tenant's rent, Company>Edit Rents choose the tenant and click edit, there you can enter the new rate and the date it will apply.
