How to enter a Security Deposit retroactively

I need to add a security deposit that was not included in the initial Sitelink import.  How do I do this without making it a current charge?

We don't collect deposits, but I don't think you can add any fees retroactively in SL.

A security deposit charge requires a Daily Close adjustment. From Payments, add the security deposit charge, take a check payment. In daily close they can add a adjustment to reduce the amount from the next daily close.  To add, click Ctrl-Shift-S on Ledger Adjustments screen. Will record (or increase) a paid security deposit on the account.
