Gate issues

Got it fixed thank you...

Has anyone ever had a gate code state access denied suspended when the account is current?  I've already tried running an update, resetting the gate and deleting and re-adding their code back in.

    The only time I have had that happen, "always lock out" was accidentally checked in either the ledger settings or on the customer's address page.
