Is anyone using G5 for their website design/hosting?

We are using a new facility as a test for G5 and having a few hiccups with online rentals. Specifically, we require an alternate and that the address for the alternate be different than the renter, however, the software cannot distinguish when the address is the same. Anyone have suggested work arounds for this?
