Merging Units

Help please! 
Over the weekend my weekend help added a future move in for a current tenant without using his current profile (she made a new one). As its a future move in I cant delete/remove it to use his current profile. Is there a way to merge or link these units together using the original current profile???

Company > Utilities > Shift/Command/T (all together)

This brings up "Move ledger to another tenant" 

On the left select the new one, on the right select the existing one, then click Transfer in the middle.

Once you merge the two accounts, the future move-in will disable the current gate code until the future move-in occurs.  To avoid this, use Tenants>Ledger>Ctrl/Shift/D to change the future move-in day to today.
