How do you set up your contracts online for online rentals?

Online rentals use the same contracts/leases and other documents as do in-app/on-site move-ins. The basic requirement necessary to allow online move-ins is that the site has eSign enabled and the document template(s) includes an eSign signature keyword so the tenant can electronically sign the document. Once this keyword has been added to the template (via the Form Editor in SLWE/CCC), all rentals will then be primed to have their documents generated via the eSign system. It is a choice the operator can make for on-site move-ins while online move-ins would naturally use that process.
