PTI Gate system down

Anyone else having issues all our 5 locations is having issues, no gate system all day long, support says cloud issue

We have PTI/Storlogix and didn't have any issues today. Were you able to get it resolved?

I hope your gate system is a up and running again.  But if you have had enough , I'll recommend Access Control.  As a former PTI/Storlogix guy, I know what you are going thru so I switched to Access Control in early 2022.  It is just such a step above PTI for reliability, ease of use and tech support if you need it.  It doesn't do door alarms, which I am sure is a problem for some owners, but other than that it has been such a pleasure to use.  There's my shameless plug
