auction on multiple units same tenant

My tenant has 4 units, I use storage treasures online auctions. Do I have to do a separate auction for each unit?

yes. each needs their own lien letter, each need to be individually listed in the newspaper (if your state requires), and each listed separately on storage treasures

Each unit is a separate contract (even when/if linked in Sitelink)
For instance, if someone has 2 units and one goes to auction for nonpayment, you can't take any outstanding balance after the auction and attach it to the remaining unit.
