Where can I find the NSF letter in accounts?

How can I print the NSF letter from a customer account? Trying to find the same one that prints out from the NSF screen. I noticed the margins were off for sending in a windowed envelope so I adjusted them in set up, went to print it again from that customer account and it is nowhere to be found. In set up it shows an X under the "used" column but it is not available for reprint purposes? what can I do?

I am not sure, but you may be able to go back into "NSF Payment Reversal", select the account and the payment that was reversed, then the button for "reversed payment notice" on the right should be available. I think that will let you preview and re-print the notice.
