i'm looking to add new Account Information to Sitelink, 
i.e. Merchandises Income XXXX description.

Hi @ministorage - New chart of accounts cannot be created. Attached are the merchandise accounts that exist in SL with users can edit. However, most users do not use all the different accounts we have by default. You should be able to edit one of these and name it accordingly. If you are using all of them listed here, it would be a feature request to add additional ones. You can contact our support team at 919-865-0789, option 2 or support@sitelink.com.
