We like PTI/StorLogix. Their tech/customer service is actually stellar now, as well. We rarely need support because it does it's job, but they're easy to reach now.

I have had Access Control by Storable for a year after tiring of the lack of support from PTI. It's been excellent and integrates very well with Sitelink. The only drawback seems to be that it doesn't do door alarms at this point.
