To change street rates, you go to setup, then unit & tenants then click modify units, on right side of page pick batch edit standard rates or web rates etc. Standard rates will change rates across the board but it will not change existing tenants. If you do web rates that will only change the rates on the website only.
To raise rates on existing you have to go to setup, click on price optimizer and click on Tenant Rate Optimization and enable it then fill everything out to what you want to increase them by. Once done, sitelink will automatically review the accounts to what ever you set it up as, and when someone it due for an increase it will pop up under reminders to process the rate increases, once processed and accepted, it will again generate under reminders to print the rate increase letter and mail to tenant. Most states, well at least here is CT, we have to provide a 30 day notice of any rate increases.0
