How to run a payment for a rental truck

Hello. We opened a new facility and have a rental truck we offer to tenants. At this new facility, we don't have any 'company unit' in SiteLink that we used to run the charges through like at our older facility. We don't want to create a fake unit, and skew our numbers however small, just to run these charges. I've thought about adding it to our merchandise sale but then it would be broken down as such, and incorrectly. Does any one have any ideas?

Create a FEE for the rental.  Then go to the customer account that's renting it, add the fee, and take the payment.

@MamaDuke7 has offered a great solution. Another option is to treat it like a rental and have a dedicated truck unit that they move into and manage.
