reservations

Is there a way to remove reservations a customer actually made three reservations. I already have him in our system and moved into another unit. But would like to remove the three he put in. Is there a way to do that? Or do they go away on their own?

    Open the reservation.  On the upper right column, check the Cancel box.  Save.

    I do not have a reservation tab. Only way I can see the reservation is when I go to move someone in. Usually, it's my reminders but I do not see it.

    click on the unit on your map-it should bring up a page that says edit reservation- you can cancel on there

    Its called Lead to Lease on the main screen.  Top right.

    I do not have that on my main screen. I am using the web edition, so I don't know if that makes a difference.

    This is my Web Edition screen...but if you're using MyHub online, it's under Operations, then Lead to Lease.
