Removing ACH Get Returns for reminder list.

Would anyone know how I would remove ACH Get Returns of the reminder list?  It shows I have one to do, but I have no idea how to clear it out.

There is no way to clear it out. It's been on our Reminders screen for at least 8 years and we've never accepted ACH and it's not checked anywhere in SL as an option.

It is always there, just as a reminder to check for returns.
If you don't accept ACH at all, and you don't have an ACH provider configured, it should not show up. If it does, Sitelink Support can help you turn off that entry.

I know, it's frustrating! I always think I forgot to do it! We use ACH and now we have to process the "get returns" because it helps accounting when we can discover a return faster than they can. Really wish it would go away once processed. Oh well, I wish alot!
