Anyone have trouble getting Sitelink to process and resend unpaid invoices?

Sitelink keeps saying Status: "failed" when I resend unpaid invoices or try to manually create and send an unpaid invoice. 

Anyone know why?

    You may need to go to the Tenants payment window, then click on "LEDGER SETTINGS" & click / re click the email invoices sections. Also be sure to click "OK" after all transactions or it will not save your transaction
