credits

a credit has been issued in error, can it be reversed?

    If you haven't done a Daily Close, you can go to Adjustments > Ledger Adjustments.  Select the unit, and then select the credit receipt and Void it.  The charge will restore to the account.

    Otherwise, you'll just need to reapply the charge to the account.
