Certificate of Insurance

Where in SL can I find a proof of insurance to send to a tenant? They just pre-paid for a year of insurance coverage and I sent them a receipt for the payment, but they want a Certificate of Insurance

That would be from the insurance provider, not SL.

But the insurance provider is built into the software.  So I have should be able to send proof of insurance.

Mine is, too.  All the info is on the form they sign.

They also gave us a physical pad of them, as well.

@helenatim - You will want to reach out to the insurance provider. The site only collect the funds and passes payment to the insurance provider. The insurance provider should be able to provide proof of insurance and claim assistance. Hope that helps!
