How to manually set a multi unit tenant for same billing date

Usually when an existing tenant gets another unit, it will automatically ask if I want them to have the same billing cycle as the other unit(s). This did not work and I do not know how to do this manually. Any help appreciated

If you need to change it, go to Company>Utilities>Edit Anniversary Date Billing. In there you can change to the correct date, but it will make a prorated charge to make them match and the date won't change until that's paid - usually with their next payment.1 -
@charbear82 - here's a help article that walks you through how to change a tenants anniversary billing date: https://support.sitelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/4534422432535-How-do-I-change-a-tenant-s-anniversary-billing-date.0

This only happens to us if the current tenant is moved in as a new tenant with customer information manually entered it will not ask us to match up the dates. If we want to dates to match, when moving in the new unit, we have to do a tenant name search in lead to lease and then sitelink will ask if we want the due dates to sync.charbear82 said:Usually when an existing tenant gets another unit, it will automatically ask if I want them to have the same billing cycle as the other unit(s). This is the only way I do it and have for 16 years. But a couple weeks ago, it did NOT prompt me to sync the dates, so the customer has 2 due dates. She didn't care, so it's not big deal. But it was clearly an issue Sitelink was/is having.GM_SJ_BSS said:

MamaDuke7 ohhh I see, well that stinks... you would think that after all these years sitelink has been around we shouldn't be dealing with these little glitzes and sitelink should have way more upgrades to keep up with all the new tech after all we're still using the credit card swipers from the stone ages.1

After the rental was completed, once you went to the payment screen, did both units show up?
