Does anyone use Call Potential or some integrated collections system through Sitelink?  Has it been successful?

We use the opentech program that automatically texts and emails late tenants. It's extremely flexible in its setup. You can do text, email or both. You can select how ever many days past due to send notices.  It also sends a link they can click on and pay without having to login or set up an online account. We have about a 1000 tenants and probably 250-300 of them use the link to pay.

We send notices on day you are due, 5 days past due (last day before late fee), 15 days, 30 days and 45 days.

It's $25/month.

For another $25/month, they will set you up with a phone number tenants can call and it's an automated system to make payments. I have another 100-200 tenants using that service per month. We actually refuse to take payments over the phone and refer everyone to that service.  It's also included in all texts and emails we send out. Both services are a huge time saver and totally worth the cost.
