How do I set up to be able to send out emails through sitelink

Create a letter in Form Setup
Under Setup, CRM Campaign Schedule, create a new entry, name it, schedule it, and at the bottom, select the letter you created. Make sure the correct tenant type(s) are selected, if necessary. Select Single or recurring, as needed. Select the email delivery method.

After you save it, an entry should pop up in the reminders on the day you scheduled. Double clicking on the reminder will allow you to select the tenants and process the letter like you would late notices.

If you have a lot of tenants, it may take Sitelink some time to build the list before you can run it. Be patient if it seems stuck after you double click the reminder.
