[Identified] We’re aware of an issue with our Processing Bank that caused a duplicate deposit for payment processing from August 4, 2024, and a duplicate debit for July 2024 monthly fees. Our Processing Bank will issue a credit to offset the amount of the duplicated debit and a debit to offset the amount of the duplicated credit. We apologize for the inconvenience.
