E-Sign 500 Internal Server Error after 'update'

How many people are having this issue?  After some update, we cannot generate a single e-sign document without an error like this.  As a remote facility, this is absolutely unacceptable.  Currently scrambling to see how to work around this to move in tenants like it's 1986.

I cannot believe that this is a 'localized' issue.  Who has had this problem and how was it resolved?
