Future Alert Option?

I have a tenant that prepaid until the end of Feb. 2025 and wants a call before the end of February to remind him to pay for March. Is there a way for Sitelink to notify me in February to call him?

Hi @HelenaC - You can add a note in Operation, Payments, Notes. When adding the note you can set a reminder for that to appear on the Calendar. If you need additional help, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

You can also just set him up to receive an invoice 2 weeks before his due date.  Then mid-February he will get that.

But I just use the Reminder feature in the notes for things like this.

I have done it both ways, it is better to set yourself a reminder. The only con with that method is for some reason when I hire new employees, it is not set for them to know what to do in the off chance I am off, the customer doesn't get the invoice until I am work again. 
Setting them for invoicing now will only send them an invoice for one month, I used to use this method a lot, but then customers would complain that they need to know how much a year is, the task gets accomplished either way because then I send them a 12 month invoice. 
A third option is to go into ledger settings and change them to 'Annually' on the left hand side of the page and then make sure they are set for invoicing. I personally can't do this since most of mine are already set for reminders and then I'm printing 2 and wondering why that happened. LOL
