How do you delete a scheduled auction in SiteLink?

We have a bunch of units listed under the Schedule Auction task that are obsolete. Either the tenant moved out or the auction never took place. These tenants are NOT listed under Reverse Scheduled Auction. I want to get them off my Reminders list. In other words, I want to just delete the auction event for those tenants. I've looked thru the training videos, but don't see anything about how to dismiss/delete an auction that has been scheduled for a date that has long since passed. Please help. Thank you.

If it is under the "Schedule Auction" task, the tenant "moved out" with a balance.  You can do this 1 of 2 ways; Go into payments and uncheck "show only current tenant", open up tenant's payment screen and "write off balance as bad debt" (lower left), or in the schedule auction task, schedule the auction for today.  The auction will then process out with $0 payment/proceeds made.

Another thing to note: when moving them out, if you check the top box on the right that says "waive all fees dated after move out date" you can avoid them showing up again altogether.
